This is PART 5 in a series about the 2.x version of Falcon Player - Installation. It covers setting up a master/remote config. The master/remote functionality of FPP is an advanced feature that keeps two (or more) Pi's in sync. You'd use this if you want to run video to a projector/monitor, you can't run Ethernet cable to all controllers (eg: you've included your neighbor's lights across the street in your show) or you want to segment show traffic for some reason.

I don't believe there is an output from xLights that works on the "T" controllers.

Jeff, I had the Linx Express Controller, dongles and all other hardware required, after find out I was tone deaf and couldn't program the music, I gave it all away. Now 10 years later, do much has changed, I want to program a couple thousand pixels and be thru with it. I'm going to use WS2815 programmable led lights and hope a T-8000 controller. I tried loading LEDEdit and would not work. Question for you is can I program in XLights, transfer to SD can and insert in the T-8000 controller and be done with it? If now what am I missing? Thanks for your time.
