    glad you got your panels working, but you should have reached out to us a long time ago and we could have had this working quickly via a zoom session! Agree as Nathan stated if you flipped your alternating rows opposite of the others you could have eliminated all the long lengths of cables. In the LED Panels tab you can click on the arrow on each panel to rotate them in the orientation the are setup in the matrix.

    FYI you could have flipped every other row upside down then changed it int he FPP. That would eliminate all of the long cables when your daisey chaining them together
