This video shows the process of converting an XLights Version 2016.50 sequence into an LOR.lms file. If you have setup your XLights channels and models exactly the same as your LOR channel configuration, then this is a very simple conversion.
You can always copy from the newly created .lms file and paste into your existing LOR.lms or LOR.las file.
