We all know that xLights is FREE for anyone to use or download, but what happens when it\'s broken? Well, most every version of xLights is a Beta release. This means that the source code can possibly have issues. Because each xLights user has a different way to in which they operate the program, it is impossible for any developer to create every situation that could cause the program to crash.

The developers depend and rely on the individual users to give feedback when there is a reproducible error. If you are able to get the program to crash, receive a bug report, or otherwise have an issue; this video will show you what you need to do to get the problem resolved.
